shipping info
- i ship out packages at least once a week, most times twice. so you'll get your sprout studio treats spit spot! HOWEVER, please, allow 2-3 weeks to receive your order as we all know how wonky the USPS can be sometimes!
- i am moving to paperless receipts (yay for trees! yay environment!) so if you need a paper receipt you need to specifically request one in the comments section. thanks for helping me reduce our impact on this great planet we all love ;) as well, i will often ship with recycled materials as much as possible, if this bothers you or if it's a gift, please let me know!
- all goodies will be shipped via USPS 1st class with delivery confirmation. if you would like to ship via another carrier, or for your package to be expedited, please email me. if you would like insurance on your piece, please contact me to add the cost.
- if your piece is lost in the mail, and you did not purchase extra insurance, you MUST wait for all claims paperwork to go through before a new package is shipped, or for your money to be refunded.
- artwork is subject to extra shipping & packing charges so it reaches you safe & sound.

returns & exchanges
returns (oh no!) are accepted ONLY if there is an issue with the quality of workmanship, in which case i will gladly work with you for a satisfactory end result -- please contact me to proceed!
exchanges will be accepted within 14 days of purchase; all products must be in their original packaging! earrings can never be returned as it is against the law in california. (unless of course, there is a quality issue)
if the cord on a necklace you have purchased ever happens to break, please contact me so it can be returned & i can replace it for you so you can be a happy sprout studio wearer again!
